The Corner Radius End Mill from Grainger is a 4-flute end mill with a corner radius of 1/8". It is made of solid carbide for wear resistance and has a TiAlN coating for heat resistance and lubricity. The end mill has a 1/2" shank diameter and is 2-1/2" overall length. It can machine a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, plastic and graphite. This end mill is well-suited for slotting, side milling and contouring operations. The corner radius design allows for smooth cornering motion.
